In the tradition of Hatha Yoga, which emphasizes Mental Health, we focus on breath-centered movement and meditative practices accessible to all bodies.

Our style combines the Yang of Vinyasa Flow and the Yin of Restorative Yoga. We include elements of slow, meditative flow through Sun and Moon Salutations, Standing and Balancing Poses, Supported Inversions, Seated Forward Bends, Hip and Heart Openers, Twisting, and Restorative techniques with most of our sequences.

Practices are generously supplemented with therapeutics such as Acu-Yoga, Mantra, Mudra, and Yoga Nidra with Sound Healing.

Take a playful, soaring journey into the elemental functions of the body, mind, heart, and Spirit.

Our 200-hr Yoga Teacher Training Course focuses on an integrative approach to Yoga. You will learn a healing model for self-alignment in soulful Hatha Yoga, combining structural and subtle, Yin and Restorative, Solar and Lunar. Our quadrant sequencing system helps new teachers create exceptional practices and classes that take students on a journey into their deeper selves.

Anyone who loves Yoga and wants to deepen their practice and knowledge is welcome. We have no pre-requisite, although some essential Yoga experience is helpful. We accept students of all abilities and teach a foundational practice accessible to all.

The 200 RYT course includes pre-training videos, mentoring, and a 16-day retreat immersion in Kauai!
